Questions people ask
Do players need an app or an account?
No. They scan the QR code on your TV and pick a battle name. That's it. If they change phones, their player code brings their stats along.
What do I need for the TV?
Any TV or monitor with a web browser and an internet connection: a smart TV, a laptop, a small computer, a Fire TV Stick or a Chromecast.
Who writes the questions?
We do. The library covers dozens of categories, from music and movies to sports, history and science, and we add new packs all the time. There are no song lyrics or movie quotes, and late-night grown-up rounds can be switched off.
Does it run when we're closed?
Set your opening hours and the TV only plays live rounds while you're open. Outside your hours it shows how to play, your champions, your leaderboards and your ads.
Can we keep it private for our staff?
Yes. Play the world rounds but stay off the public leaderboards, on any plan. On Corporate you can also play only your own questions, in private mode.
What happens after the free trial?
Pick the plan that fits, monthly or yearly. If you don't, your TV shows a short reminder until you do. No card is needed for the trial.
Can I change plans or cancel?
Any time, from your billing page. Moving up or down is worked out to the day, and if you cancel you keep playing until the end of the period you paid for.
