Ladder Climb is a race up ten rungs. Every right answer takes you one rung higher, and the first player to reach the top wins. A wrong answer drops you back to the last safe rung, which is rung 3 or rung 6, so a mistake never sends you all the way down once you have passed one.
You get 15 seconds per question, there are up to 30 questions, and HELP! is switched off so every step is earned. It runs one on one or with 4, 8, 16 or 24 players. The mode is about consistency: a long streak of right answers beats a few fast ones, and the safe rungs make every climb past them feel worth protecting.
