Pass the Bomb is a knockout game for 4 or 8 players. One player holds the bomb, and every round everyone still in answers the same question. To get rid of the bomb, the holder has to get it right, and it then goes to whoever answered right fastest. A holder who misses keeps it, and the fuse burns down.
The fuse is secret. It goes off after the holder's first or second miss, and nobody knows which. When the bomb explodes, the holder is out and it moves to a random player still in. The last player standing wins. You get 10 seconds per question, and there are up to 40 questions.
