Tug of War is a one on one tug of a rope that you pull with right answers. Each right answer pulls the rope two steps your way. If you both get a question right, the faster player pulls one extra step. Wrong answers pull nothing.
The first player to get the rope 8 steps ahead wins at once. If nobody gets there, the player ahead after 21 questions wins. You have 10 seconds per question. Because a good run quickly drags the rope across the middle, the lead can swing back and forth, and speed matters as much as knowledge when you are both right.
